The “3 Circles Gospel” is a simple, visual way to explain the message of salvation found in Scripture.
It uses three circles to walk through the story of the Bible: God’s Design → Brokenness → The Gospel → Recovery & Pursuit.
Sin entered the world when humanity chose its own way instead of God’s. This led to brokenness—pain, suffering, confusion, and separation from God.
Key idea: Sin leads to brokenness
Scripture: Romans 3:23
Reality: We all experience this—through sin, hurt, and a sense that something is wrong.
People try to escape brokenness through:
Success
Relationships
Addiction
Religion without relationship
But these attempts never fully fix the problem.
God didn’t leave us in brokenness. He sent Jesus to rescue us.
Jesus lived a perfect life
He died on the cross for our sins
He rose again, defeating sin and death
Key idea: Jesus restores what sin broke
Scripture: John 3:16, Romans 5:8
The Gospel is good news: forgiveness and new life are available through Jesus.
We respond to the Gospel by:
Repenting (turning from sin)
Believing in Jesus
Following Him daily
This leads to:
Restoration of relationship with God
A new purpose
A life pursuing God’s design again
Key idea: We are called to follow Jesus and share this message with others
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:17
