Vacation Bible School is one of the most exciting and impactful weeks of the year at First Baptist Church of Palm Coast, and VBS 2026 is right around the corner! Families and children from our church and community are invited to join us for a week filled with fun, learning, worship, and life-changing encounters with Jesus.

 Theme for 2026

Illumination Station – “Shining a Light on Who Jesus Really Is”
“I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” – John 8:12

This year’s theme will guide children on an exciting journey to discover the truth about Jesus—who He is, why He came, and how His light changes our lives. Throughout the week, kids will explore Bible stories that reveal Jesus as the Savior, the Teacher, the Friend, and the Light who leads us out of darkness.

 What Kids Will Experience

Each evening begins with a high-energy opening celebration in the Sanctuary, where children will sing songs, watch fun videos, and get introduced to the nightly Bible truth. After the opening session, groups will rotate through a variety of engaging activities, such as:

• Bible Adventures – Discovering God’s Word in exciting ways

• Creative Crafts – Hands-on projects that reinforce the nightly lesson

• Fun Games & Activities – Building teamwork and joy

• Music & Worship – Learning songs that celebrate Jesus

• Snacks & Fellowship – Sharing time together as friends

Every activity is designed to help children understand that Jesus is the Light who guides, saves, and loves them.
